FAQs

  • Yes, we are at the mercy of Mother Nature and weather conditions have a significant impact on availability of flowers.

    For example, Peonies are only available for a few weeks in mid-Spring to early Summer (most often May and June ) but the specific availability often changes from year to year, depending on how cold the winter has been and how wet the early weeks of spring are.

  • -There is a lot of variabilities when it comes to wedding flower prices. Most of our couples spend between $5000 – $7500 on their wedding flowers.

    We suggest 10-15% of your total wedding budget but if you want florals to be a significant component of the experience for the day, we would recommend allocating closer to 25-30% of your total budget to flowers.

  • No, not at all.

    We do suggest though that you do a little research about the types of flowers and designs you like – everyone’s tastes are different and there are hundreds of options when it comes to wedding flower design. Even one or two inspiration photos can point us all in the right direction.

    You don’t need to have thought through every detail. We’re all about weddings and know our local venues well. We’re always happy to provide suggestions and options for ceremony and reception styling ideas as well.

  • Our design team is based in SW Washington just over the bridge from Portland Oregon

    We coordinate flowers for couples getting married all across Southwest Washington as well as in Northern Oregon and the Washington and Oregon coasts. Also, traveling is in our blood so don’t hesitate to explore that option.

  • We have a $2000 minimum although most of our couples spend $5000-$7500 on flowers.

  • Absolutely, we’ll deliver all your flowers personally. We’ll coordinate the time and location with you during the planning process.

  • No, not at all.

    We manage all of our communication online – if you’re overseas we can easily coordinate over Zoom or manage everything over email.

Custom Wedding Flowers FAQs

  • Our Wedding Packages are most appropriate for couples looking for an easy solution and are happy to leave the design details to the experts.

  • After you place your order, we’ll reach out and coordinate the delivery schedule for the day. If you have any questions regarding your delivery, please don’t hesitate to reach out on email.

  • We keep the menu very limited because we believe each item provides the best value to our clients. In many instances, if an item isn’t listed on our menu, we don’t believe it’s worth your money.

  • All across SW Washington between Goldendale and Castle Rockand into the Northermost tip of Oregon from the Columbia Gorge over to the coast. We do not deliver to Seattle. If your wedding is happening outside of your area, we’re always happy to provide a recommendation on a florist in your area.

    The delivery fee ranges between $100 and $400 depending on your zip code. 

  • Place your order online and you’ll have the option of paying by Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX. Overseas cards are also accepted. Payment in full is required before your order is confirmed.

  • Our menu includes the most popular wedding flower items. We also know these items, created in our iconic style, provide the most impact and best value.

  • If you’ve placed an order and want to cancel, we will provide a 50% refund if you contact us more than 30 days prior to your flower delivery date. Within 30 days of your delivery date, no refund will be available.

  • We’ve curated a very special collection of color palettes and will use the best blooms of the season in line with the palette you choose. Click here to see our color selections.

  • We’d love to work with you to create a beautiful custom design for your day. Ceiling installations, larger table arrangements and custom ceremony features are part of our Full-Service Wedding approach. To learn more click here.

  • We don’t offer a pick-up option and will deliver your flowers instead. Your finished flowers will be very delicate and we want them to arrive to you in perfect condition. Transporting flowers safely requires a lot of time and know-how so let us take care of it for you.

  • We require a minimum of 28 days notice and suggest placing your order 2 – 4 months before your wedding day.

  • We don’t offer consultations with A La Carte Packages. They’re designed to be very straightforward for you to order so leave the details to us. Place your order online, select your color palette and our design team will handcraft your wedding flowers in our studio. If you’re looking for more of a collaborative approach, let’s talk about our Full-Service Wedding option
